Since then the company has developed as a consulting firm that offers professional and personal dedication to the service industry worldwide.
Tanya graduated from “Les Roches”, the renowned Swiss International Hotel School with a Management Diploma in 1992 and has since dedicated her time
and passion to working with some of the top luxury brands of the service industry.
Tanya’s core competencies are her strength in operational management and development of people skills, particularly in cross-cultural environments.
Prior to starting nosh GmbH, Tanya gained ten years of experience with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, leaving the group as Food & Beverage Director. During that time she worked at the Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane, Four Seasons Hotel London Canary Wharf, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chicago, Four Seasons Hotel Prague and Four Seasons Hotel Miami.
Tanya’s experience also includes Relais Châteaux properties such as Cellars Hohenort Hotel and Cybele Forest Lodge, including The Table Bay Hotel, all located in South Africa.
Tanya has completed twelve hotel openings within Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America. She has consulted on numerous restaurant openings, hotel re-openings including training for both management and line staff.
Tanya is of South African origin and currently lives in Germany.
