Tanya Wagner-Klausmann is the Founder and Managing Director of nOsh, and has dedicated her time and passion to working in the Hotel and Restaurant industry over the past thirty-four years. She was born and raised in South Africa and now lives in Germany.

She began her hospitality career after graduating from ‘Les Roches’, the renowned Swiss International Hotel School, with a Management Diploma. This led her to embark on a career that took her worldwide, working with some of the top hotel chains, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Sun International, to name a few.

She has gained invaluable experience in hospitality, especially in the field of Food & Beverage. Her last stint with the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts was at their Miami property as Food & Beverage Director.

Since then Tanya has started her on consulting business, which was founded 2006 under the name ‘nOsh’.

Over the past nineteen years, nOsh has consulted to companies such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, Suncani Hvar Hotels, Corinthia Hotels, Red Sea Global properties and other privately owned prestige properties such as Wentworth Golf Club, Baur au Lac in Zurich.  To date, she has consulted in four different continents, opened forty-five hotel properties, trained over a hundred properties in the field of Food & Beverage and consulted in numerous restaurant openings.

Tanya is an expert in the field, anticipating service efficiency, culinary evolution, design, and technological hospitality trends, as well as overall profitability. She believes in driving the hospitality industry through transparency, collaboration, embracing the constant evolution of change, whilst building a client base that can always count on her support and dedication.
